The Dan Courtland Volunteer award is given yearly to a volunteer who exemplifies the dedication and hard work that one of our original committee members showed. Dan Courtland was on the original Kids of Steel committee that organized the first Windsor Kids of Steel Triathlon at St. Clair College in 1989. Since his "retirement" from the committee in 2002, the award has been awarded to the following individuals:
